Campaign to Engage and Retain Uber Drivers

Based on specific campaign challenges and strategy, we delivered exciting designs to engage and retain drivers.

The Challenge: Uber was facing rider retention issues, and data revealed the need for better insights. Our ABM campaign emphasized the importance of data analytics in informing business decisions, showcasing how the client’s data platform could deliver the required insights.

The Campaign: A guerrilla campaign targeted digitally tagged browsers from Uber’s offices, focusing on enhancing service quality through real-time data integration and analysis. The campaign highlighted how Uber could outmaneuver competitors like Lyft by using advanced analytics to improve driver retention and recruitment, ultimately improving rider experiences.

The Execution: Physical ads placed within a 1/4-mile radius of Uber’s corporate offices were also deployed, with the added benefit of catching the eye of nearby competitors.
